A fatal double shooting at a Hokitika home claimed the life of Andrew (23). The tragedy happened after the Easter weekend at a residential property on Fitzherbert Street in the middle of the day. A distressed man was found outside the property.
The second victim was his grandfather, 86 year old Frank Schist.

Dearly loved son of Mary and Charlie Giles and Barry Hutchison, loved brother of Michelle and Jenny, loved grandson of Joyce and the late Frank, and loved nephew of all his aunties and uncles and a good friend of PACT residents and staff.
