About Us

A Memory Tree is privately owned. The founder believed that building this website would ensure that others can remember the lives of others in a caring and supportive environment. She has worked tirelessly since 2007 to collate nationwide death records each day.

Every day tens of thousands of remembrance pages, tributes to others lives, are open and anyone, anywhere and at any time can leave a message of support.

These pages have been designed to meet the needs of friends, family, acquaintances and the community and they have a wide array of tools to use to show their support, from writing a message to simply refreshing flowers, donating to a chosen charity or lighting a candle in memory of the deceased.

Why We Need Your Donation 

You may have noticed most of our services are free and that’s because we don’t want price to be an obstacle for anyone. But we are also not owned by any large corporate and incur significant running costs.
