Eitan Djiji

Died 11 Aug 2010

Profile Image

14 year old Eitan's acting career in the USA was fatally cut short following a blaze in his Los Angeles home. The Christchurch-raised actor was placed on life support after being pulled unconscious from the top floor of his family's burning two-storey house. His mother, father and younger sister escaped with burns and respiratory problems. Sadly Eitan was only a few short months away from starting at the prestigious High School for the Performing Arts in Los Angeles and he had already featured in the comedy film 'My Homework Ate My Dog' (2008) at the age of 12. He had also performed as a singer and stand-up comic.
