Loafers Lodge hostel was home to more than 90 people when tragedy struck in the early hours of the morning. A fire, which was deliberately started inside the building shortly after midnight, tragically claimed five lives.
The hostel was known to also house the more vulnerable, such as those on welfare and disability pensions.
