45 year-old Oscar was missing for 10 days prior to being tragically found in the Waikato River, Taupo. His body was recovered from river between Huka Falls and the Aratiatia Dam, A Tolaga Bay resident, Oscar's last known location was in Gisborne on Friday 22nd May 2015.
