Diane tragically died in the devastating Christchurch Earthquake. She was a receptionist for the regional television station, CTV, and was in the building when the 6.4 quake hit the city. Scores of people were belived to have been in the building when it collapsed and caught fire. She is survived by two children and three grandchildren.

    To Dian's family: Dian's lovely, genuine and caring nature was so apparent to all of us who got to know her so well at the Clinic. She had a fragrance of love about her that will not be forgotten by the many, many people who knew her. I am so sorry you have lost her from this world and pray that you will be reunited with her in the next. May God comfort you in your loss.
