Sione (35) former All Blacks and Chiefs flanker, was born in Tonga and played 17 rugby tests for New Zealand and latterly for Bayonne in France. He died of suspected renal failure and cardiovascular problems, a condition which was revealed in 2012. He married in Rarotonga in 2014 and had been living there since, however he died in Auckland surrounded by family.
