Darren (49) had been missing in the Tararua Ranges for two weeks before his body was found. He appeared to have tragically died from a fall near a waterfall. An extensive 11 day search by friends, family, police, rescuers and air crews was underway before they found him. He had been living in Wellington but was from the UK. RIP Darren.
