Murray John Wood

Murray tragically died in the devastating Christchurch Earthquake. He was the managing director of the regional television station, CTV, and was in the building when the 6.4 quake hit the city. He is one of scores of people believed to have been in the building when it collapsed and caught fire. Murray was also a well known, talented musician who would often be found playing piano around the garden city. He is survived my his wife, five sons and one daughter.
