Tony (57) died in a waterskiing accident, three months after his daughter was injured in a similar accident. He was a waterski racing champion in his own right and was competing in the National Waterski Series on LakeTaupo when he fell and broke his neck like his daughter had, but tragically he died in hospital shortly afterwards. He was the owner of Montrose Digital Video in Hamilton and had spent decades in the film production industry. He is survived by five children.
