O
My brother and soul mate....it is hard to comprehend that you left us before your time. I think of you every day and still cannot understand why this has happened to us! This is the price you pay for loving someone, so I am told. We will never forget all the time we did have with you, the memories are truly precious....love always Helen, Alicia and Liam xxx forever in our hearts ...

REMEMBRANCE
When to the sessions of sweet silent thought
I summon up remembrance of things past,
I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought,
And with old woes new wail my dear time's waste:
Then can I drown an eye, unused to flow,
For precious friends hid in death's dateless night,
And weep afresh love's long since cancelled woe,
And moan the expense of many a vanished sight.
Then can I grieve at grievances foregone,
And heavily from woe to woe tell o'er
The sad account of fore-bemoanèd moan,
Which I new pay as if not paid before.
But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,
All losses are restored and sorrows end
William Shakespeare

A year on
Owen..What can I say that compares to the loss of a wife, son, daughter, brother, son , mother or father...I can say that someone who quietly I considered to be the best friend I ever had, Owen Wright I miss you terribly. A year on I hope that the day at Titirangi bay will help us all connect with you again and with each other... Thank you for your very special way. andrew
