Barrie Devenport.. ( Dad , Poppa ,Bazza )
Barrie (Dad) Passed away late on Sunday night after a long battle with Cancer . He was so positive that he had it beaten right up until the last day . I ( Brent Barrie's youngest son ) and my family ( Sina,Jonathan & Christopher ) visited Barrie on sunday morning & spent several hours Holding , Hugging & talking to Barrie , yet he was unresponsive to any of our action's . But i am sure that he knew we were with him . I had a phone call from my Brother Wayne at 7.00pm saying that it sounded like Barrrie's time was near . We both raced to the Hospital & spent our last 4 hours with our Dear Dad Barrie passed away peacfully at 1148 pm sunday 25-07-2010 . My 2 sons Jonathan 13 & Christopher 9 will miss there Poppa so much . They just loved swimming & playing with Barrie as much as possible . Dear Barrie may you forever rest in peace & be pain free . Love Brent Devenport ( spud )
